Elvis T. Ballantyne (singer/songwriter/musician), who plays bass guitar and sings in the band, started performing at the age of 15 and won many talent shows with his natural country voice, and eventually became an OOTB member as lead vocalist at 17 years of age. He went on to perform and tour with: The Freebird Band, Red Blaze Band, Voices Of The North and the C-Weed Band.

Jay Ross (singer/songwriter/musician), who plays guitar and sings in the band, started performing at the age of 15 playing drums. He went on to perform and tour with: OOTB, Voices Of The North, JC Campbell, the C-Weed Band and became a session guitarist, arranger on many productions. Jay released his own full length CD called "Old Town" in 2003, which helped him win "Best Male Artist" at the "Canadian Aboriginal Music Awards" of that same year.
